Job description
Main Duties
+ Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
+ Managing and training warehouse staff
+ Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and movements
+ Implementing and overseeing inventory control procedures
+ Ensuring the warehouse is organized and operating efficiently
+ Coordinating with logistics to ensure timely deliveries
+ Conducting regular stock counts and location checks
+ Ensuring health and safety standards are met
+ Handling and resolving any issues or discrepancies in the warehouse

+ Basic literacy and numeracy
+ Ability to think and plan ahead to avoid unnecessary work

Managing a warehouse involves substantial manual handling including bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching, and lifting. It is important to ensure that you have a moderate level of fitness to comfortably carry out your tasks.
This role is suited for individuals who enjoy working systematically and productively. The fast-paced and energized environment relies on organization and efficiency. Forward planning is essential to getting the job done on time and without tiring yourself out.
Forklift trained with a B1 counterbalance of up to 5 tons is desirable but not required; training will be provided as needed. We offer both permanent and temporary contracts.
