Support Worker - Swansea - Full time - 39 hours a week plus sleep-ins - £11.60 to £12.50 an hour dependent on qualifications and experience

Beach Tree Farm is set in an acre of land in Llangfellach, close to Swansea City Centre, with access to the Gower coast and easily accessible to the M4 and routes east and west.

A day in the life of working at Beech Tree Farm includes:

- Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
- Being a positive role model;
- Promoting independence by supporting a range of social, school and work-based activities;
- Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
- Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;
- General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation

A can-do attitude, resilient nature;
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential.
- To hold a current valid driver's license;
- Compassion and empathy;
- Good communication both verbal and written;
- Flexibility around shift times;
- To be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
