Full Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a Site manager to be responsible for the management and development of facilities and services that support the core business at the Heath Family Trust (NW) to ensure that the most suitable working environment exists for all students, staff, and visitors.
The postholder will have direct line management responsibility for the caretaker, will work closely with service contracts leads and support leaders in planning, particularly in relation to the entire The Heath Family Trust (NW) estate, using best practice to improve efficiency and reducing operational costs.
