Site Manager

Story Homes are undergoing an exciting period of growth and having secured a new site at Garstang, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage this site and join our team in the North West region.

This role will involve managing the operation of site, ensuring that appropriate resources are deployed in an effective and efficient manner. The successful candidate will support the Story Homes vision by working to achieve our build programme and meeting safety, quality, cost and performance standards.

We are looking for someone who has experience of delivering against house build plans, managing multi product developments and leading and developing teams. Due to the overall complexities of the site and as it is a joint venture development, we require an experienced Site Manager who has good groundwork's and technical knowledge and the ability to build strong working relationships.
