Full Job Description
To act as the primary link between the Software Development Teams and the
divisions across the business. Representing and translating business requirements
to enable their delivery.
Key Responsibilities
These responsibilities include, but are not restricted to:
- Work with the Product Manager, business stakeholders and customers to
- Produce artefacts (e.g. user stories, requirements documents, wireframes, etc)
- Be available to the software development team as the subject matter expert for
- Facilitate requirements prioritisation sessions with the business and / or
- Analyse requirements
- Own and manage the backlog including prioritisation.
- Keep relevant documentation up to date.
- Provide stakeholders with progress updates and metrics.
- Work with other Product Owners across the business to harmonise approach
- Support the software development teams to enable them to successfully deliver
Extensive experience of analysing business requirements and translating them - Extensive experience of a broad range of artefacts used to capture business
- Extensive stakeholder management experience up to board level
- Very strong at bringing together groups of people with diverse points of view
- Very strong analytical skills
- Experience of working using Agile development methodology
- Experience of the primary care sector
- Certified Product Owner
- Experience of Azure DevOps boards for planning and requirements
- Hands on
