Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the South of England? We're currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager/Account Manager to champion FireClass products and expand our market presence. As a Sales Manager/Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, with key responsibilities including:
- Generating Hot Sales through your existing network.
- Proactively seeking out new accounts and opportunities for FireClass products.
- Managing existing customer relationships to achieve growth targets.
- Driving top and bottom-line growth through strategic sales efforts.
- Promoting the sale of Detection equipment through specialist Fire Systems integrators.
- Cover the South of England e.g. Reading/Cambridge/Sunbury/Basildon., Reporting to the Northern EU&AF Sales Director, you'll collaborate with key installers in various sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Industrial, and Large Commercial. Your role will involve:
- Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and presenting technical information at board level.
- Utilizing Salesforce to manage leads and drive sales performance.
- Focusing on pipeline growth and conversion improvement to meet sales targets.
- Identifying market opportunities and gaps for setting up new Fire Systems Integrators.
- Supporting events and aligning with other JCI brands to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
Previous success in sales management and account management, specification sales, or project sales in a technical sector. - Experience in business-to-business technical solutions sales in fire detection or security/Intrusion.
- Strong ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of building and expanding relationships across organizations.
- Proficiency in developing successful sales plans and fostering teamwork.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Business-to-business technical solutions sales in fire detection.
- Experience in surveying buildings and designing fire/security systems.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com.
