Full Job Description

Identify and engage with opportunities.

  • ·With a detailed understanding of the relevant guidelines and legislation identify applicable build projects from the Glenigan database, make contact with the architect (CPD, design input), the QS (layout advice, requirement for early structural consultation, offer of quote), the Client (design awareness).

  • Identify downloaders from NBS Revit files and Specifications, engage and offer design advice CPD.

  • With a detailed understanding of the relevant guidelines, identify and engage with Long Term Care environments, where products are required, from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) database.

  • Once initial conversations are made pass to sales team for quotation, site visits (if required)., Number of validated conversations that are passed to the sales team, that end up in quotations

  • Booking CPD with architects

  • Senior Level Meetings, with Architects & Care Home Groups

  • Astor Bannerman becoming specified by architect.

  • Contributing with incremental orders through effective sourcing, validating and handing over to the sales team.

    We are seeking two highly motivated people, with B2B Sales Development Experience, for both inbound and outbound lead qualification & generation; to validate the opportunities, engage the customer and when ready hand them over to the Sales Force. The roles will have specific responsibility for business development in our drive to continue to grow in the Changing Places and Care markets. All markets are driven by current Legislation and Guidelines., Self

  • Experience of Built Environment (desirable)

  • Experience of working with Senior Management, Architects and QS (desirable).

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong understanding of Microsoft Office Products. (Essential)
