- Packing lightweight materials
- Set up Machinery for conversion of materials
- Operate machinery within production
- Ensure production area is kept clean and tidy
- Operate in accordance with Lean manufacturing
- Work as part of a team to achieve set targets
- Innovate and research for new projects
