Product Director, Digital Data & Technology

The post holder will work closely with Serco's contracts and functional teams to drive the business towards digital innovation, cost efficiency, service effectiveness & enhanced user experience through nurturing product teams, developing the supporting capabilities to enable successful 'Fusion' product methodology and providing broad leadership and stakeholder management to the business to drive successful business outcomes. This is an extremely significant leadership role reporting in to the CIO for our Digital Data & Technology division and will foster key relationships with the UK&E DDaT leadership team, UK&E Business Unit SLT and contract Directors as well as our Group CIO colleagues and Global counterparts. Whilst we operate a hybrid working environment the role is ideally based in Solihull and regular travel and face to face interaction and collaboration is required.

Whilst a relatively new methodology we expect the Product Director to have experience with and knowledge of Agile Product Management principles (Fusion)
- Deep experience of enterprise change programmes requiring a high level of cultural change and experience of driving cultural change within a large FTSE 250 organisation
- Strong domain expertise- broad understanding of IT systems, processes and lifecycle capabilities
- Proven track record of leading large scale technology or product teams
- Ideally a technology degree or similar level of experience
- Demonstrable experience of a high level of stakeholder management- experience and emotional intelligence to be able to challenge up, across and down the Serco hierarchy and capable of being challenged
