Performance Marketing Manager - Full-time - permanent - up to £50k basic

Principle Activities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and advertising marketing strategy,
- Understand and develop budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Prepare weekly management analytics and insights reports into advertising marketing performance.
- Compile and analyze performance data to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and refine personalised marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
- Liaise with advertising agencies.
- Monitor industry trends and implement in the advertising campaigns.
- Identify potential customers, developing campaigns, and managing lead generation.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. - 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of successfully driving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Youtube and Klaviyo.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for digital marketing, consumer behaviour, and the latest trends in technology and e-commerce.
- Bachelor's (preferred), Meta Ads: 3 years (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 5 years (preferred)
- Google Analytics: 3 years (preferred)
- Google AdWords: 3 years (preferred)
