Full Job Description

Are you a people person with a passion for creating unforgettable holiday experiences? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to fill our seasonal receptionist role. As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their journey starts and ends with a splash of excellence., Greet and assist customers during boarding and return formalities, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere from the get-go.
- Navigate the waters of payment processes with ease. Manage customer payments seamlessly, ensuring a stress-free financial journey for our guests.
- Collaborate in establishing daily and weekly departure schedules using our cutting-edge Neptune reservation software. Keep the Neptune database shipshape by updating customer and cruise information daily.
- Provide expert advice on itineraries, share exciting tourist information, and distribute satisfaction questionnaires for valuable feedback.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the reception desk and facilitate smooth communication between the quay and the reception area.

Skills, Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Training:
- Fluency in English
- Dutch, German or French llanguage knowledge would be beneficial, any other language is a bonus.
- Experience or Study in Tourism / Hospitality is a must
- Driving license and own transportation is beneficial due to the company's location
- Fully eligible to work in the UK
Availability minimum 2 full days, during school holiday and summer can be more working days.

- Collaborative: Join hands with your fellow crew members to create a harmonious and welcoming environment. Work together to ensure every guest feels the warmth of our hospitality.
