Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our service department; you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with the smooth operation of our office. This is a vital role in our organisation, requiring excellent organisational and communication skills.

The successful candidate must have some knowledge of Microsoft office packages, have excellent attention to detail and great communication skills. Be self-motivated, proactive and be able to multitask., Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is desirable but not essential as some training will be given.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

This role also provides gradual in-house training regarding the Fire and Security systems and services provided by the company to enable us to assist our clients over the phone.

All candidates will be subject to a Police Check and screening to BS7858, so a proven employment history is required. You will also have DBS check in line with legislation for the security industry.

The position is permanent, hourly rate will be based on experience but will be in line with the national minimum wage (relevant to age) and will be discussed at interview stage.
