• Proficient in effective communication across all levels


• Demonstrates a sincere interest in working with our specific client group


• Successfully passed DBS screening

• While not mandatory, possession of an NVQ level 2 in care is highly desirable


• Demonstrate eagerness to engage in vocational training programs, continually enhancing skills and knowledge
