Medical Receptionist

Station Road Surgery are looking for a Medical Receptionist, with excellent administration, communication and people skills to join our team of Reception staff., Dealing with patient queries on the telephone and in person.

Ensure all patients and visitors to the surgery are dealt with efficiently and courteously.

Processing repeat medications in a timely and correct manner

Processing patient communications as per system guidelines

Providing administrative support to clinical staff

Experience of working in a GP surgery and experience in the use of Systmone would be an advantage, however full training will be given to suitable candidate.
