Luxury Property Rental Managing Agent

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Property Rental Managing Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing of our portfolio of rental properties. This includes marketing rental listings in social media, handling customer queries, and arranging property viewings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service., · Create and post engaging listings for rental properties on various social media platforms and property advertising websites, such as Zoopla.

· Monitor and respond to customer queries regarding properties in a timely and professional manner.

· Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential tenants, providing detailed information about the properties and rental terms.

· Work closely with the Director to develop and implement effective advertising strategies to maximise property visibility and attract quality tenants.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the London rental market, including pricing trends and tenant demands, to advise property owners accordingly.

· Ensure all rental listings accurately reflect the property features, rental terms, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

· Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure properties are in excellent condition for viewings and tenancy commencements.

· Provide exceptional customer service to both property owners and tenants, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

· Experience and passion in property management, real estate, or a similar role, with a focus on rental properties.

· Strong understanding of the London property market and rental regulations.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, other languages (Cantonese, Chinese, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Japanese, Hindi) are a plus, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.

· Strong proficiency in social media and online advertising platforms.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings and viewings efficiently.

· Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and time-management skills.

· A professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
