Full Job Description

  • Update/Upload property particulars

  • Carry out viewings

  • Regularly updating Landlords on the progress of their property

  • Informing Landlords of any offers on their properties and negotiating accordingly

  • Ensure properties are all UpToDate with all compliance/regulations

  • Taking initial move in monies & references

  • Liaising with Property Management

  • Periodic visits to management properties

  • Source new properties/business


    • Working hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm (1 hour break)

  • Estate Agency: minimum 12 Months

  • It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving license

    • You will be responsible for regular communication with clients, carrying out viewings, negotiating offers with Tenants/Landlords and overall delivering exceptional & professional customer service both face to face and over the phone.
