Kitchen Porter

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team. The Kitchen Porter will assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team in food preparation and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation.

Duties:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of kitchen staff
- Dispose of waste following proper procedures
- Maintain cleanliness in food storage areas
- Support kitchen staff during busy periods by helping with various tasks
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff
