Full Job Description
· Handle Customers and manage sales.
· Collaborate with sales personnel to facilitate product promotion, address technical inquiries, and resolve customer concerns, thereby fostering effective client engagement and sales growth.
· Professionally install, configure, and deploy computer systems, peripheral devices, networking equipment, and software applications tailored to client specifications while ensuring adherence to industry standards.
· Provide comprehensive technical support to both clients and colleagues, promptly addressing hardware, software, and peripheral device inquiries and troubleshooting issues to uphold operational continuity and client satisfaction.
· Execute routine maintenance activities, including system updates, software patches, and hardware enhancements, to optimize system functionality and security.
· Stay abreast of emerging IT trends and advancements, particularly within computer systems, peripherals, and software, to provide informed guidance and recommendations to clients.
· Manage IT product inventory levels, assist in restocking, organize merchandise, and ensure store displays align with company standards.
· Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, service requests, and product inventory utilizing designated software platforms.
· Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance, service activities, and inventory status to support managerial decision-making processes.
· Adhere strictly to organizational policies and guidelines concerning IT security, data protection, and customer privacy, implementing robust measures to safeguard sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.
· Foster seamless collaboration across departments, including sales, customer service, and technical support, to deliver a unified and exceptional customer experience.
· Effectively communicate with team members to facilitate knowledge sharing, task coordination, and timely resolution of issues and challenges.
· High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
· Proven experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, and customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
· Proficiency in computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting techniques.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
· Have knowledge of ISO 90001 and ISO 27001.
· Must have good knowledge of GDPR.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail operations is desirable.
· Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar credentials are a plus.,
