Hotel Night Team Member (Reception, Cafe, Porter)

As a dedicated Night Porter / team member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, safe and enjoyable experience for our guests during their overnight stay.,

• Be the ultimate ambassador for both Kabannas and your incredible city.


• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests during late check-ins and deal with any queries overnight.


• Assist with general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and inviting environment.


• Prepare and serve basic food and beverage items during the overnight cafe service.


• Support breakfast setup and preparation for the next day.


• Ensure security and safety by monitoring the premises and performing regular patrols and compliance checks.


• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.


• Maintain accurate records and complete any necessary administration.
  
  Strong communication and service skills to assist guests effectively.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and handle situations calmly and responsibly.
You must have the right to work in the UK for this role.
Experience in a customer facing role or general hospitality.

Previous experience in a night porter or overnight reception role preferred.
