Due to explosive growth, we are now seeking a dedicated in-house Health and Safety/Compliance Executive to join our dynamic team and ensure our operations continue to meet the highest standards of safety and compliance., Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Health and Safety Executive with at least 2 years of experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in compliance and a thorough understanding of construction safety regulations. This role is crucial in ensuring that all our projects meet and exceed safety standards, and in fostering a culture of safety across the organization.,

  • Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Provide guidance and training to staff on health and safety practices and procedures.

  • Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all legal health and safety requirements are met.

  • Keep up-to-date with new legislation and best practices in health and safety and ensure continuous improvement.

    At least 2 years of experience in a health and safety executive role.

  • Proven experience in dealing with compliance within the construction industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction sector.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Relevant qualifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
