Ground Worker / Pipe Layer

Install and repair underground drainaige according to project specifications
- Build and bench your own manholes
- Operate power tools, such as jackhammers and pipe cutters, to excavate and prepare the worksite
- Use hand tools, such as shovels and wrenches, to assist in pipeline installation
- Dig trenches and lay pipes in accordance with engineering plans
- Ensure proper alignment and grade of pipes during installation
- Test pipelines for leaks and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects on time such as kerbing etc

We are currently seeking a skilled Pipelayer/Groundworker to join our team. As a Pipelayer/Groundworker you will be responsible for installing and repairing underground Draininge for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires experience in welding, operating power tools, and using hand tools. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team., Previous experience as a Pipelayer or skilled groundworker
- Proficient in Reading from drawings
- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans
