Full Job Description

We are seeking an experience Operations/F&b Manager looking to step up into their first General Manager Role to oversee the operations of our Hotel and F&B offering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality service, and driving profitability. The role is working within a small group of properties and this individual shoudl be keen to show how they manage the oepration and grow sales, specifically in the F&B Event space.

Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of staff members
- Coordinate events, marketing, planing and execution of events
- Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs to maximise profitability
- Supervise all aspects of the restaurant, bar, & hotel operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

Proven experience in team management within the culinary or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent supervisory capabilities to oversee multiple departments effectively
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Background in bartending or restaurant management is advantageous,
