Full Job Description
- Please note - a driving Licence and your own vehicle is a required for this position.THE ROLE:This role is customer facing at points within a busy environment, with no two days ever being the same!This role consists of the following:
- Reporting to the Accountant.
- Management of Sales Ledger, including reconciliations and credit control.
- Management of Suppliers Ledger.
- Reconciliations of banks and intercompany accounts.
- Preparation of VAT returns.
- Ad hoc sales and expenses analysis.
Our client are looking for an AAT level 4 or similar, but a proven record will also be accepted. The following will also be helpful: - Experience in group accounting.
- Knowledge of Office applications particularly Excel.
- Experience of QuickBooks.
- Experience with property is an advantage but not a necessity.
- An excellent communicator across all levels with strong people skills.
- Flexible to undertake different tasks.
- Hours - 4 full days a week or 5 shorter days per week
- (There is flexibility for the right candidate)Please note - you will need to work on-site in this position.
- Salary 30-35k depending on experience.Location: Bradford on Avon
