Full Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children during their crucial early years., Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play and structured activities
- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement or additional support
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and involvement in their child's learning journey
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and progress
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Childhood Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education),
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
