Full Job Description
This position is extremely varied and would suit someone with a sales, administration, and customer-facing retail background. The ideal candidate would have a positive attitude, be able to pick up new skills and systems quickly, work well under pressure and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Duties Include -
- Serving customers and dealing with telephone enquiries
- Processing cash, card, and online payments
- Preparing and following up on sales quotations
- Maintaining customer relationships and accurate records on our database system
- Processing product returns and refunds
- Reporting inventory requirements and raising Purchase Orders
- Promoting products
- Managing product inventory and price labels
- Keeping retail and showroom areas orderly
This role require a highly flexible and willing approach. You will be a key member of staff in a small but busy team.
Sales experience is essential, and an interest in the marine sector would be a strong benefit.,
- Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
- administration: 2 years (required)
