Business Analyst

This role is a critical role to the success of our ambitious Transformation Programme and as such sits as key member of the core Transformation Team

• Manage the approach to business process analysis and design for the Transformation Programme.


• Map multiple 'as-is' and lead the design of 'to be' processes through the use of workshops and interviews with Business Champions and other key stakeholders.


• Support the Transformation Programme by providing insight into business process related issues and risks.


• Shape business processes to ensure the right outcome, simplifying processes and removing inefficiencies and planning for scalability in line with the Transformation Programmes objectives.


• Documentation of all new Standard Operation Procedures and processes.
