Breakfast Chef / CdP

We are looking for a passionate and creative breakfast chef / CdP to assist in our group expansion, working between Whitechurch and Tango.

Tango recently relocated to Saddler Street, and here you will be working in a brand new kitchen, pushing our menu further and offering a premium breakfast and brunch service, assisting the team into lunch. Whitechurch offers premium modern British cuisine, incorporating clever culinary twists and a real modern edge to cooking. Between both kitchens, you will be able to grow, express culinary freedom by working with your head chef teams and learn & hone your skill set, with passionate teams who really care about what they do.

Primarily, the role is days, but you will be expected to work some evenings, as required.

You must be super confident in handling a premium breakfast menu, working with the Head Chefs and Venue Managers to spot trends and react quickly, identify opportunities to increase business and develop the breakfast/brunch menu at Tango as it rolls out.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£11.80 per hour
