Full Job Description

Manager to lead our national team to new heights!
As a Bid Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our organisation by overseeing the tendering process and managing a team of bid writers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality submissions that support our growth targets and business retention objectives. From evaluating opportunities to developing bid strategies, you'll be at the forefront of driving our mission forward.

Proven experience in bid management and team leadership
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
