Full Job Description

  • We've adopted a flexible, modern way of working that allows us to work in an office, and in the comfort of our own homes

  • Regardless of where we're located, we're one team, working together and supporting each other in everything we do, Work closely with the lead designer, account managers and other team members to ensure that all artwork is of a consistently high standard

  • Adapt and retouch existing designs to deliver rollout assets for marketing purposes

  • Create digital assets and prepare artwork for print production

  • Create new digital brochures and convert existing brochures into digital format for our HybridBrochure division using Adobe Illustrator (hybridbrochure.co.uk)

  • Maintain a clear file management system

  • Assist all areas of the business with artworking support

  • Be the brand guardian for our clients, as well as all divisions of our business to ensure consistency across all platforms

  • Work collaboratively with our account managers to deliver a wide variety of projects for our clients, ensuring all projects are completed on time, to guidelines and to spec

  • Update and maintain our portfolio by regularly creating mock-ups of our latest work that can be used on our websites, presentations and social media channels

  • Support and maintain the systems and processes that underpin the day-to-day work of the team

    We're on the hunt for a talented and passionate Artworker to join our growing herd on a full or part-time basis., If you're an experienced artworker who is keen to work in a growing and dynamic agency to meaningfully influence the way housebuilders present themselves to the market, then read on!, The capability, knowledge and experience to artwork collateral across a range of channels, from print work to digital (i.e. brochures, signage, emails, social media, websites, advertising, flyers and direct mail to name a few)

  • A solid understanding of design theory, excellent layout and typography skills using Adobe Creative Suite

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your artworking skills across a range of different projects

  • Experience following brand guidelines and design templates to ensure consistency is maintained across all projects

  • The ability to work on multiple projects at once, often to tight deadlines

  • A high attention to detail and be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment

  • The confidence to liaise with printers to get costs, ensure deadlines are met and artwork is printed to the highest quality

  • The ability to manage numerous briefs and requests, all with varying degrees of priority and deadline constraints

  • A 'can do' mindset where you are prepared to see a job through to its completion and within the stated deadline., Down-to-earth

  • YOUR EXPERIENCE
  • 3+ years working in a similar role, preferably within an agency.

  • Property experience is a bonus, but not essential

  • Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite

  • Excellent layout and typography skills

  • Experience designing for GDN and social media platforms

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Knowing the artworking process like the back of your hand

  • Experience following brand guidelines

  • Excellent written, spelling and verbal communication skills

  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Experience using Clickup, or a similar project management platform would be an advantage (but not essential)

  • The ability to stay flexible and work well under pressure

  • Enjoy working independently and as part of a team, Graphic design/Artworking: 3 years (required)
