Full Job Description

We're looking to add an Administrator to our Partnership, Wills & Probate team to be based in Sheffield.
Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

If you enjoy being part of a successful, friendly, and high-performing team, then this is the job for you. As part of the will writing team, you'll be working closely with the team's associates and partners to make sure they always have the right administrative support. This is a busy and fast-paced role, so you'll need to be able to work quickly and accurately, building strong relationships with your team and our clients. There's lots of room for progression and we'd really like to support you in your professional development.

  • Supporting fee earners with the preparation of bundles, opening and closing files on computer databases.

  • Supporting on will writing.

  • Calling our clients to arrange appointments and take basic instructions from them.

  • Handling client enquiries by phone, letter and email.

  • Arranging diary appointments, organising meetings with clients and drafting letters confirming details of meetings.

  • Making sure all team files are in good order and databases are kept up-to-date.

  • Opening case files on the relevant case management systems.
